In this video Emil and Ed will show you how to remove and install the stock radio on a BMW 3 Series E46 1999 – 2005. We replaced a broken radio/head unit from our 2004 325I with a unit we took out of a 2001 BMW 325 XI. This was supposed to be a very simple swap but unfortunately the antenna connection from the replacement unit was different and we had to jerry-rig it with a home made adapter. It works but it’s only a temporary solution till we can get a nice aftermarket unit.
